• Kidzone
  Sierra Pacific Power's new Kidzone has a wealth of energy information geared towards kids. Games, quizzes, fun facts and a ton of information to help kids learn how to save energy and stay safe around electricity. Kidzone includes:

  • The Electrical and Natural Gas Safety Website: At our Electrical and Natural Gas Safety Website children learn to perform Home Safety Audits (with an adult's help), print out Safety Certificates and play fun games and activities. There's also a teacher's guide with activities, games and experiments for a range of interests and reading levels from elementary through middle school.
  • Kids Conservation Website: Here kids learn about electricity, where it comes from, how it is produced and why it is so important to conserve it. Kids also learn the various ways the can save energy at home and at school. Along with the learning, there are checklists, quizzes and fun games to play.
