If you are a community organization that serves low income individuals, you are invited to:
- Hand out flyers to clients inviting them to attend the Expo
The Intake Process
- Sierra Pacific Customer Service Representatives will prescreen and evaluate each individual for program eligibility
- Individuals will be directed to specific stations and can visit other stations as well to learn more about programs and services for which they may be eligible.
A handicapped section/station, interpreters and copy machines will be available.
To order flyers for the expo, download (print if you wish), and fill out this form, then email (ACarl@sppc.com) or fax this form Arlette Carl at at (775) 834-3384. Sierra Pacific will mail flyers as soon as your order. The final date for Sierra Pacific to mail flyers is February 29. Or, if you have a color printer, you can download and print out the the flyer yourself.
We encourage everyone seeking assistance at the Expo to review this checklist and bring as many of the documents listed as possible.
