If you need to establish electric service, you probably fit into one of four categories:

1. There are electric facilities (i.e. underground and/or distribution power lines) in place near your location and you need to establish service and get a meter;
2. The are no facilities near your location, so you'll need to have them built before you can establish service and get a meter;
3. You don't know if there are facilities near your location.
4. You need temporary/construction power to your location.
